Individual Therapy for Adults

Weekly 50 Minute Sessions

Therapy with me is experiential. Rather than focusing only on talking about your experiences, we also explore what unfolds in the present moment-in your body, emotions, and internal world. Sessions are paced with care, allowing you to explore and grow at the rhythm that feels right for you.

Couples Therapy for Adults

Weekly 60 Minute Sessions

Relationships can be both a source of deep connection and deep pain. Couples therapy offers a supportive environment to understand patterns and repair disconnection. Using a trauma-informed and attachment-focused lens, I help partners learn to communicate with greater compassion and respect. My work with couples is also experiential. We focus not just on problem-solving, but on what happens between you in the moment, so new ways of relating and connecting can take root.

Couples Co-Therapy for Adults

Weekly 60 Minute Couples Sessions & 50 Minute Individual Sessions

If you are feeling disconnected, hopeless, and/or alone in your relationship due to a crisis, indecision, or dismantled communication, couples co-therapy may be the right fit for you. My colleague, Victoria Yoffie, and I offer a unique and individualized couples co-therapy approach to restore relationships that is structured as both individual and couples therapy.

 

Each week, I will work individually with you, Victoria will work with your partner, and then the four of us will come together to understand and repair hurtful relational patterns. The complimentary relationship between the individual and couples therapy allows for balanced and equitable support. 

 

The result can be an expedited understanding of both self as an individual and a partner and clear a pathway to healing, growth, and intimacy in your partnership.
