Meet Jessica
I began my career as an investigator, where I spent years listening to stories of harm, survival, and courage. That experience continues to inform my work today, helping me approach each client’s story with respect and care.
My practice is grounded in an integrative, experiential, and trauma-informed approach that draws on:
-
Internal Family Systems (IFS) - helping you to get to know and build relationship with the parts of yourself that have helped you to cope and survive as well as the parts of you that have wounds.
-
Sensorimotor Psychotherapy - engaging the body’s wisdom as part of the healing process.
-
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) - cultivating mindfulness and emotional regulation skills to support daily life.
